FOR QUESTIONS CONTACT: TODD [removed phone] or [removed email] 1987 Trojan 10 Meter Mid Cabin Express (Completely Refit!) We have owned this boat for the last 13 years. With her 13ft beam, she offers an amazing amount of room in a 33ft boat. She recently went through an extensive 7 year complete refit inside my shop. The boat was launched July 2015 . We put approximately 8 hours on the new engines before trucking her back to the shop for winter. No expense was spared on the refit. With the amount of time and money invested in the refit, It was our plan to keep the boat indefinitely. Well over $50k invested. I have receipts for many large ticket Items (engine work, AC, Chartplotter, charger ETC). Unfortunately our young daughter now suffers from severe anxiety and is not comfortable staying on the boat. A full insurance survey was completed 5/2015. She is currently insured for that survey value which was $75,000. The list below is not inclusive of all of the work that was complete but should give some idea as to the extent of the refit: -Both engines completely rebuilt and balanced. Upgraded forged pistons, new Edelbrock carbs, new Delco electronic ignition, new water pumps, all seacocks and hoses replaced. -Transmissions professionally rebuilt -Props, struts and shafts were inspected and refurbished by Kastel Brothers Props in St. Michaels -Four new Trojan T105 batteries wired in series and parallel, New Blue Sea Systems terminal fuses, charging relays, battery switches etc. -Three new starting batteries. One for each engine and generator -New Blue sea systems Three bank, 40amp P12 smart charger -All Battery cables replaced and upgraded. Three battery switches added. The three individual battery banks can now be isolated or combined as needed. -Kohler 5kw generator with 120 hours -Every hose replaced. Gas fill, gas lines, water hoses, exhaust hoses, sanitation lines ETC. -All through hull fittings replaced with new 316 stainless steel above water line and bronze below. -New 16k Webasto AC with reverse cycle heat -Vacuflush system completely disassembled and rebuilt . All seals and pressure switch replaced, New Sea land vacuum generator and Sea land T series discharge pump. -New 40 gallon water tank -All four stringers professionally replaced -Fuel tanks were removed, pressure tested and coated with Polyurea coating (IE LineX bedliner) -Interior bilge barrier coated and Polyurea liner applied. -Bottom striped, barrier coated with interprotect 2000 and three coats of Micron extra bottom paint applied -Hynautic Helm and ram both rebuilt -New Bennett trim tabs with auto retract. -New controls and cables -Helm seats reupholstered and cockpit bolsters replaced. -Boat was completely disassembled (except for the windshield) and sprayed with Awl Grip. Hull painted Ice Blue and topsides are cloud white. All fittings, bow rail and port windows rebeded -Interior was redone, new removable headliner, new dinette, new countertop and sinks in galley and head. All hot and cold water lines and fittings were replaced. New flooring. -New Lowrance HDS12 gen 2 touch display with Sonarhub , Sonic Hub, Go-Free WiFi module and integrated fuel flow sensors.
